How to prepare Wild Lemon pickle
1 small Vadukapuli Naranga
4 tblsp Chilli powder (adjust)
A generous pinch of asafoetida
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Few curry leaves
4 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustad seeds.
- Cut the naranga, dessed it and cut them into small pieces
- Heat oil in a Kadai, just add mustard seeds that splutters, curry leaves, asafoetida, tumeric powder, curry leaves, tumeric powder and switch off the gas
- Add and cut the naranga pieces, salt and chilli powder and mix it well.
- Cool and tranfer it into a glass jar. Naranga pickle is ready.
