How to prepare Eggless Tutti frutti cake

How to make Tutti frutti cake


Curd: one cup
Sugar: one cup
Maida: one cup
baking powder: 1 tbsp
baking soda: a pinch
vanilla essence: one tbsp
oil: one cup
tutty frutti: one small cup
butter: to grease the cake mould
butter paper on top cake mould if required


Into a bowl add a cup of curd.

Add cup of sugar and beat it again.
Add cup of maida to it.

Add 1 baking powder and pinch of baking soda.
Beat it well.

Add 2 tbsp milk and beat it again.

Add a cup oil to it and blend it again.
Add one tbsp of vanilla essence blend it again.
Add small cup of tutti fruitti to it and mix it well.

Now pour the cake batter into a greased cake mould.

Bake it about 180 degree celsius for about 45 mins.

Cool completely and slice the cake.
