How to prepare Triple layered jelly cake
China grass: one packet
Milk: 2 cups
Sugar: 1 cup
Strawberry essence: two drops
pista essence: two drops
Into a pan add 1 cover china grass.
Add water to it and cook until the china grass gets melted well into the water.
Add sugar to it and cook until it dissolves.
Now add two cup of milk to it and cook until it become little thick.
Separate it in three cups.
Into one cup add two drops of strawberry essence.
In another cup add two drops of pista essence.
Leave as it is in other cup.
Into a wide glass bowl add a cup of pista essence.
Freeze it for 10 mins
Add the plain agar agar milk slowly over the pista layer and freeze it for 10 mins.
Again add strawberry flavor slowly over as the third layer and freeze it for 10 mins.
Triple layered jelly cake is ready.
Flip it slowly over a plate. Cut and serve.
