How to make thenga parai fish fry



Thenga parai Fish: 5 to 6 pieces

Chilli powder: 1 to 2 tbsp

Coriander powder: 1 to 2 tbsp

Turmeric powder: 1/2 tbsp

Pepper powder: 1/2 tbsp

Coconut oil: 2 to 3 tbsp

Salt: Required


For Frying: 

Oil: 5 to 6 tbsp



In a boil add 1 tbsp Chilli powder, Coriander powder, Turmeric powder, Pepper powder, Salt and then add coconut oil and make it into a fine paste.

Marinate it with cleaned thenga paarai fish.

Leave the marinated fish and keep aside for 30 mins.

Heat tawa and add oil to it and fry marinated thenga parrai fish.

Fry it on both sides well.

Fried thenga paarai fish is ready.

Serve it with rice
