How to prepare Sugar Free Chocolate Cake


  1. 3/4 cup yogurt
  2. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  3. 45 gms salted butter (1/4 cup)
  4. 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp sugar free powder
  5. 80 gm flour (maida)
  6. 20 gm cocoa powder
  7. 1 tbsp baking soda
  8. 2-3 tbsp milk



Sieve flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and baking soda together and keep it separate.

Beat sugar free powder and butter very well. Add honey.

In a separate bowl, mix yogurt and lemon juice.

To the beaten sugar free powder and butter, fold in sieved flour alternately with yogurt and lemon juice mixture with a spatula. Dont over mix.

Add milk and mix gently. Put immediately at the big square silicon mould. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degree C/350 degree F for 30 minutes or until cake done.
