How to make Spicy Prawn curry
Cleaned prawns: 1/2 kg
Oil: 2 to 3 tbsp
Onions: 2 no
Tomatoes: 2 chopped
Green chilli: 2 slit
Garlic: 3 to 4 chopped
Ginger: small piece chopped
Chilli powder: 1 and half cup chilli powder,
1/4 tbsp turmeric powder,
2 tbsp coriander powder
Into a saucepan. Add 2 to 3 tbsp oil to it.
Add onions, green chillies, chopped onions and garlic and saute it until the onion is soft
Add 2 chopped tomatoes
Add little salt to it to cook the tomatoes well.
Grind all the ingredients into a paste.
Into a heated kadai add 2 to 3 tbsp oil
Add 1/2 tbsp mustard and wait until it splutter
Add chopped onions and saute it until the onions are sauteed well.
Add grinded paste into it and saute it well.
Add 1 tbsp chilli powder, turmeric powder, 2 tbsp coriander powder and saute it well until its raw smell goes off.
Masalas are sauteed well now add enough water to it.
Once your curry starts to boil.
Add the cleaned prawns to it and cook.
Add required salt and close it with the lid.
Cook it for about 20 mins.
Finally add chopped curry leaves.
Yummy and spicy prawn curry is ready to serve.
