How to make Soya chunks fry
Cooking Time : 2 to 3 mins per batch
Serves : 2
Meal Maker / Soya Chunks – 2 cups cooked
Chilli Powder – 2 tbsp
Garam Masala powder – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Curry Leaves – 1 sprig
Coriander Leaves – a handful chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Oil for Deep frying
Into a blender take a cooked meal make and make a coarse puree
Into a bowl, divide them into small balls.
For deep frying, drop the balls and fry until golden brown.
Drain and serve.
