How to make Silver Belly Fish curry in coconut milk

Chopped onions: 1 no
Cleaned silver belly fishes:1/2 kg
Chopped tomatoes: 2 nos
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds: 1 tbsp
Oil: As required
Chilli powder: 1 tbsp
turmeric powder: 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder: 2 tbsp
Kashmiri chilli powder: 1 tbsp
Salt: As required
Coconut milk: 1 cup
Coconut oil: 2 to 3 tbsp
Into a kadai add oil
Add mustard seeds and wait until it splutter.
Add chopped onions, green chillies and curry leaves.
Saute it well.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute it again.
Add tomatoes and saute it well.
To cook the tomatoes add salt and saute until the tomatoes are mushy.
Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and kashmiri chilli
Saute it until its raw smell goes off.
Add little water and saute it again.
Now add tamarind water to it and mix well.
Add a cup of coconut milk.
When the curry starts boiling add fish pieces to it.
Mix well into the curry.
Add salt to it.
Drizzle coconut oil on top of it.
Close it and cook for about 15 to 20 mins.
Its done. You can serve it with steamed rice.
