 How to make Scrambled egg semiya upma

Semiya: 1 packet

Egg: 2 nos

Onion finely chopped: 1

Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp

Tomatoes finely chopped: 1

Green chillies: 2 nos

Red chilli: 1 tbsp

Coriander powder: 1 tbsp

Garam masala: 1 tbsp

Pepper powder: 1/2 tbsp

Salt: As required

Oil: 2tbsp+3 tbsp



Scrambled egg preparation:

Into a saucepan add oil and 2 beaten eggs add little salt and pepper powder.

Saute it until you get a fine scrambled eggs.


For Semiya upma preparation:

Immerse semiya in hot water for mins.

Drain it after 5 mins your semiya will get cooked well.

Into a Kadai, add oil and crackle some mustard seeds.

Add onions and  ginger garlic paste saute it

Now add tomatoes and add salt.

Saute it until your tomatoes cooked well and turns mushy.

Now add all the masalas mentioned mentioned in the ingredients table.

Saute it until your raw smell goes away. You will get thick masala consistency.

Add cooked semiya into the thick masala and saute it well.

Now add scrambled egg and saute once again.

Yummy Scrambled egg semiya upma is ready. 

Serve hot.
