How to prepare Rava Paniyaram

How to make Rava Paniyaram

All purpose flour or maida: one cup
Powdered sugar: one cup
Rava: one cup
Water: As required
Elaichi: 1 tbsp
Oil: to deep fry


Into a bowl add 1 cup maida and rava or sooji

Add 1 cup powdered sugar to it

Add cashews to it.

Add elaichi powder

Add little water and mix all well.

Your paniyaram batter must be thick.
Now take a small ladle of paniyaram and fry it in hot oil.

Yummy paniyaram batter goes well for an evening snack with hot tea or coffee.
