How to make Rajma Salad


Rajma – 1/2 cup

Onion – 1

Capsicum – 1/2

Red ripe chili (birds eye chilli) – 1/2 tsp, finely chopped

Coriander leaves, finely chopped – 2 tbsp

Lemon juice – 1 tsp


Soak rajma overnight, morning drain away the water. Add enough water to immerse it and add salt. Pressure cook it for 3 whistles (after first whistle put it in medium flame).

Once it’s done, drain away thewater and transfer them into a mixing bowl. Chop onion, capsicum, chilli (deseeded), coriander leaves.

Combine everything together with lemon juice.
