How to make lady’s finger fry
Everyone knows to prepare this recipe but this one especially for the person who dont know to cook. Ladys finger is one of the easy dish to prepare. I prepared it in my own style in a different and easy way. Hope my recipe will help many who dont know to cook. Lets see how to prepare Ladys finger fry
Ladysfinger cut in round shape: 1/2kg
Oil to fry: 5 to 6 tbsp
Chilli powder: 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder: 1/4 tbsp
Salt: As required
Curry leaves: Little
Chopped onions: 1
Into a heated kadai add oil
Add mustard seeds and wait until it crackle
Add curry leaves and chopped onions.
Saute it well until the onion color changes.
Add the chopped ladys finger to it and saute it for a while.
Add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder and saute it once again until its raw smell goes off.
Fry it well.
Side by side if ur ladys finger gets dry add oil little by little.
Saute it again until it’s fried well.
Ladys finger fry is done.
Serve it as a side dish with rice, chapathi
