How to make Pazham pori
Nenthrapazham or Ethapazham or Keralabanana
All purpose flour or maida: 1 cup
Sugar: 2 to 3 tbsp
turmeric powder: 1 tbsp for color
Water as required
Banana slit long: 5 to 6
Oil for frying
Cut the nenthrapazham or the kerala banana like the below mentioned image.
Into a bowl take 2 cups maida, 2 cups sugar, 1/4 tbsp turmeric
Mix it well.
Now add water and mix it.
Prepare it into a thick paste.
Now dip each banana well into the thick flour.
Fry it well in the hot oil.
Fry until it’s done on both sides.
You can have it as an evening snack with tea or coffee or as breakfast with puttu.
