How to prepare Pazham Nurukku

Fully ripe nentranpazham – 1 no
Jaggery Р1 tbsp


  • Cut the pazham into three pieces
  • Into a vessel put the pieces and add water above level of the pieces
  • Add jaggery then boil for 15 to 20 mins
  • When cooked just remove it from water
  • Cool it remove from the skin and serve

Tips – The banana to be fully ripe.
