Take a pan add 3 to 4 tbsp butter or ghee. Add onions and saute until its color turns.
Now add tomatoes and saute it well adding required salt and saute it until its mushy.
Now add masala spices to it and saute it until its raw smell goes off.
Now add crushed paneer to it. Here i have crushed paneer with hands. You can also grate paneer and to your
Saute it well until all the masalas absorbs in the paneer.
Your paneer masala stuffings are ready. Now start to prepare dough and stuff it.
Chapati / paratha dough recipe:
In a large bowl, take take wheat flour add salt.
Add water and knead the dough for 5 mins.
Grease the dough with a tsp of oil and rest for at least 20 minutes.
Assembling and rolling paneer paratha recipe:
firstly, pinch a medium sized ball dough, roll about 5 inches in diameter.
place the prepared stuffing at the center.
Take the edge and start pleating bringing to center.
Now hold it four sides.
Roasting paneer paratha recipe:
firstly, on a hot tava place the rolled paratha and cook both sides.
Also add oil / ghee and press slightly.
finally, serve hot paneer parathas with sauce, raita or pickle.
