How to prepare Mambazha pradhaman
Sweet of many kind is relished by all. Seasonal delicacies which adds more flavors towards your taste buds. Now mago season is ON, try this without fail.
Mango pulp – 1 cup
Sugar/sugar free – 4 tbsp
Jaggery – 1/2 cup (sugar free people avoid this and add more sugar free)
Saffron strands – few
Coconut milk – 1 cup (first milk only if you are using fresh coconut)
Bits of coconut 1 tbsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Add up jaggery in a kadai with little water and melt it well to the same. Remove up the impurities
Add mango pulp, saffron strands, sugar and cook it for about 5 mins.
Switch off gas, add up coconut milk, cardamom powder and stir it well.
Garnish with coconut bits fried

Cooking time: less than 10 minutes
