How to prepare Makhana Namkeen

How to make Makhana Namkeen


2 tbsp Ghee or oil
2 cups Makhana / Foxnuts
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder


Heat a tbsp oil into a pan

Roast Makhane into oil until they become crunchy and crispy


Remove it from pan and keep it separate.

Now add salt, chilli powder and pepper powder down and combine with the Makhane well

Remove and enjoy it.
