How to make vendakkai varuval

Ingredients:

Vendakkai (Ladys finger): 1/2 Kg chopped

Onions: 1 chopped

Oil: 3 to 4 tbsp

Mustard: 1/2 tbsp

Turmeric: 1/2 tbsp

Pepper powder: 1/2 tbsp

 

Method:

Into a Kadai add oil, mustard and crackle it.

Now add chopped onions and saute it well until it changes color.

Add chopped ladys finger (vendaikkai)

Add turmeric, salt and pepper powder.

Saute it well until its raw smell goes away.

Cook it by closing the kadai.

Stir it occasionally. Sprinkle little water to it for making it even more time to cook.

Your Ladys finger fry is ready.
