How to make Kerala Corn Puttu

Ingredients:

Store Bought Corn puttu flour

Grated coconut

Water as required

 

 

Method:

Into a bowl add the corn puttu flour

Drizzle some water and mix the flour well.

Flour to get a holding consistency.

Into puttu steamer add 2 tbsp puttu flour and add 1 to 2 tbsp grated coconut.

Alternatively to do this process.

Once steam comes out corn puttu flour is ready to serve with channa
