How to prepare Kadai Paneer

How to make Kadai Paneer

Preparation time: 20 mins

Cooking time: 30 mins

Total time: 50 mins



Paneer cubes: 10 to 20

Onion: 2 chopped

Tomato: 2 chopped

Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp

Peas: 1 cup

Potato: 2 small cubes

Capsicum: half chopped

Soya sauce: 1 tbsp

Green chilli sauce: 1 tbsp

Salt: as needed

Oil: 3 to 4 tbsp

Butter: 2 tbsp

Chilli powder: 1 tbsp

Coriander powder: 1 tbsp

Turmeric powder: 1/2 tbsp

Pepper powder: 1/ 2 tbsp

Garam masala: 1 tbsp



Into a kadai add oil and chopped onions and saute it well.

Add ginger garlic paste and saute it once again until its raw smell goes away.

Now add chopped tomatoes and salt as needed and saute until the tomatoes are mushy.

Now add potatoes, peas and capsicum and saute it again.

Add chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, Pepper powder.

Saute it until its raw smell goes away.

In the meantime in a saucepan add 2 tbsp butter add fry paneer on both sides until its brown.

Add the fried paneer to the masala mixture and saute it.

Add green chilli sauce and soya sauce and saute it once again.

Yummy  Kadai Paneer is ready. Serve it with chapathi or parathas.
