How to make Jackfruit seeds fry

Jackfruit seeds – 1 cup fresh
Garlic – 3 cloves [mashed]
Curry leaves – 1 spring
Tumeric powder – 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder- 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves – 2 springs
Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil – 2 tbsp
Wash and boil jackfruit seed with turmeric powder and red chilli powder until its soft.
Peel away the skin of jackfruit and cut into half.
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds let it splutter then add garlic, curry leaves & asafetida.
Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder
Add jackfruit seeds, salt and garam masala powder saute for 3 min.
Finally add coriander leaves, combine well then switch off heat
Then serve it hot with rice
