How to prepare fish fingers

Recipe with simple ingredients and easy to make. Kids will love it for its crispiness outside and soft inside.

Fish Fingers

Recipe type: Appetiser, starter

Serves: 3-4


Boneless fish – 250 gm (cut in finger shapes)

For Marination

Pepper powder – 1 tbsp

Vinegar- 1 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp

Tomato Sauce – 1 tbsp

Soya Sauce – 1 tbsp

Chilli Sauce – 1 tbsp


Egg white – 1

Breadcrumbs – ½ cup – 1 cup

Plain flour – 1-2 tablespoon

Oil – for deep frying


Marinate the cleaned fish with all ingredients for marination(ingredients listed from pepper powder to salt). Keep it away for one hr. Beat the egg white lightly. Mix it with breadcrumbs with plain four. Dip each fish piece in roll and egg white in breadcrumbs mix. Deep fry in oil. Serve hot with sweet chili sauce or tomato ketchup
