How to prepare Eggless Tutti Fruitti Pista muffins



To curdle the milk:
A cup of milk
one tbsp vinegar

To prepare muffins:

A cup of maida or all purpose flour
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1 pinch baking soda
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp vanilla essence
half butter
1 to 2 drops pista essence
small cup of Tutti Fruitti



Into a cup of milk add vinegar and mix it.
Leave it for 5 mins to curdle.

Into a bowl add one cup of maida, baking soda and baking powder.

Sieve it well.
Add a cup of sugar.

Add half butter to it
Mix it well.

Add curdle milk and beat it well.

Add one cup of oil and beat it once again.
Add little milk and beat it again.
Add milk at regular intervals until you get a creamy texture.

Add 1 to 2 tbsp pista flavored essence.

Add one tbsp vanilla essence.
Mix it well.

Transfer it into a muffin moulds.

Top it with Tutti Fruitti

Bake it into a preheated oven for about 15 mins at 180 degree celsius.

Tutti frutti pista muffins are ready.
