How to make Drumstick fry


Drumstick [Murungakkai ] – 2

Curry leaves – 1 spring

Garlic – 2 cloves [mashed]

Turmeric powder – ¼ tbsp

Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp

Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Oil- 2 tbsp

Water as needed


Wash and cut Drumstick into ½ inch pieces

Heat oil into a pan add mustard seeds and allow them to splutter. Add garlic and curry leaves.

Add half boiled drumstick, turmeric, salt and red chilli powder and sauté it well.

Drizzle water rand cover it cook until its soft and mild crispy

Cut away the heat and serve hot with rice.
