How to prepare Chocolate Jelly Pudding Recipe

Digestive Biscuit: 1 packet
Butter: half
Condensed milk: half
Choco chips: 3 tbsp
Milk: one cup
Sugar: 2 to 3 tbsp
Jelly crystals: 1 packet
Water: Required


Into a bowl add digestive biscuit crumbs

Mix it well with butter.

Add condensed milk to it and mix it once again.

Into a mould place a butter paper.

Put the coated digestive biscuit layer to it.

Spread evenly with a spoon.

Refrigerate it for 20 mins.

For Second layer chocolate pudding:

Into a saucepan add a cup of milk

Into it add half condensed milk

Add 2 cup of corn flour

Add choco chips to it.

Whisk it well.

Heat it well and whisk it continuously until you get a creamy texture.

Pour the layer over the biscuit crumbs layer.

Now freeze it for about 20 mins or until its set.

For third layer to prepare a jelly

Into a small cup add a packet of jelly crystals add sufficient water to it and mix it well.

Transfer it to pan and boil it in between whisk it well to get a thick consistency.

Pour it over the chocolate pudding slowly as the third layer.

Sprinkles some rainbow sugar sprinkles.

Refrigerate it overnight.

Cut and serve.
