How to prepare Chilli Cheese toast sandwich

Ingredients:

To prepare chilli paste:
4 chillies
one small ginger
garlic pods: 4
Little coriander leaves

To prepare besan batter:
Besan flour: 2 tbsp
Salt: one tbsp
Grinded chilli paste
Water as required

To stuff in bread:
Mustard sauce: 1/2 tbsp on both bread
Shredded cheese
Tomatoes: 1

Ghee to fry the bread

 

Method:

Into mixer grinder add 3 green chillies, ginger and garlic, coriander leaves.

Grind it into thick paste.

Into another bowl add 2 tbsp besan flour

One tbsp salt to it and add the grinded chilli paste to it.

Mix the dry ingredients well.

Now add required water and prepare a thick batter.

Take two slices of bread.

In each layer add mustard sauce, grated cheese

Into another layer add 2 tomatoes in round shape.

Close both the bread and dip them into the besan flour batter.

Coat the bread layers on both sides.

Into a frying pan add one tbsp ghee.

Fry the breads until you get brown color on both sides.

Its done you can have it as snacks or breakfast.
