How to prepare Chicken leg fry

Here I’m going to show how to prepare Chicken leg fry. Hope everyone love to eat Chicken. Especially that leg piece. Some will not get the correct finishing of frying the chicken. Specially for them I will tell you how to prepare it in a perfect manner. Just follow my steps to prepare yummy Chicken leg piece fry.

Marinating Time : 2 hours
Cooking Time :20 to 25 mins
Serves : 3 to 4

Ingredients:

Chicken – 6 drumsticks or 500 grams of chicken
Egg White – from one egg
Bread Crumbs – 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

For Grinding:

Shallots / Sambar Onion – 10
Ginger – 2 inch piece
Garlic – 10 cloves
Curry leaves – 2 sprig
Chilli powder – 2 tbsp or to taste 
Coriander powder / Malli podi – 3 tblspn
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala powder – 2 tbsp
Cumin powder – 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice – 3 tbsp
Salt to taste 
Water – 4 tbsp or adjust
Red Food Coloring a pinch

Method:

Take chicken and make slashes on it. Sprinkle some salt on it and mix well. Put them in microwave to bowl or steam plate for steaming it on lowest heat for 5 mins or you can use pressure cooker to cook it.

Take all the ingredients for grinding in a blender and make to a paste.

Transfer it to a bowl. Add egg white and mix well.

Add the steamed chicken pieces and mix it well. Cover it and let it wait for a couple of hours in fridge.

Half an hour before frying removes it from fridge.

Before you fry sprinkle some breadcrumbs on to it.

Heat oil in deep frying kadai. Fry the chicken pieces until it becomes golden brown color. It takes around 15 to 20 mins to fry.

Drain and serve.
