How to prepare Chicken 65
Hi all, Here comes the next mouth watery Chicken dish. Today you are going to know how to prepare Chicken 65.This is one of my favourite and hope your favourite too. Serve this dish with rice or eat it as an evening snack. Any way of eating with anything its up to you.
Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 20 to 25 mins per batch
Marinating Time : 1 hour

Chicken-1/2 kg Boneless Cubed
Oil for Deep Frying
Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tblspn
Lemon Juice-1 tblspn
Rice Flour-4 tblspn
Thick Curd / Greek Yoghurt- 1 cup
Red Food Colouring-1 pinch
Salt to taste
Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi-1 tsp
Cumin Powder / Jeera powder-1 tsp
Chilli powder-2 tsp
Coriander powder / Malli Podi-1 tblspn
Garam masala powder – 2 tsp
Curry leaves-1 spring
Green Chilli- 2 chopped
Salt a pinch
Lemon Juice-1 tsp
Mix all ingredients in marinate list with chicken and leave the marinated chicken for one hour.
Heat oil in Kadaai or pan for deep frying the marinated chicken pieces. Deep fry the marinated chicken pieces until it becomes golden brown colour. Drain and keep it aside.
In another pan, heat one tsp of oil. fry some green chilli, ginger and curry leaves and leave it
Sprinkle some salt and some lemon juice and mix well..
Throw the chicken in and toss well..
Your Chicken 65 is ready. Serve hot with rice or as appetiser..Enjoy your dish!!
