How to make Carrot beans poriyal

Oil: 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds: 1/2 tbsp
Chopped onions: 1
Carrot chopped: 1
Beans chopped: 6 t0 7
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tbsp
Chilli powder: 1/2 tbsp
Pepper powder: 1/2 tbsp
Into a kadai add oil and add mustard seeds until it crackle.
Now add onions and saute it well until its translucent.
Now add cleaned carrots and beans.
Add required salt.
Saute it well.
Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder and pepper powder.
Saute it well until its raw smell goes off.
Now sprinkle water to it.
Close and cook.
Your Carrot and beans poriyal is ready.
Serve it with your favorite kuzhambu rice.
