How to make Butter Dark chocolate cookies



A cup of maida
one tbsp vanilla essence
full butter
Milk: one cup
Grated dark chocolate: a cup
Powdered sugar: one cup


Into a bowl add full butter at room temperature

Add a cup of maida.

Add powdered sugar to it.

Add one tbsp vanilla essence

Mix it well and crumble it well.

Now add milk and form into a dough.

Separate the dough into two parts.

In another separated dough add some grated chocolate and mix it well into the dough.

Make an elongated shape of both the dough.

Cover both the dough well into a plastic cover tightly.

Refrigerate it for about 30 mins.

Now cut both the dough into equal parts.

In between both the dark chocolate dough.

Place a white dough part and press the dark chocolate well to it so that it stick together.

Cut it of your choice.

You can also mix both the dough together and form a shape like the below picture.

Place the cookies on top of the cookie tray where you place a butter paper over it.

Bake the cookies into the preheated oven for about 15 mins at 200 degree celsius.

Once done cool it completely and have it.
