How to make Aloo Palak


Pasalai Keerai: 1 bunch

Onion: 150 gms

Tomatoes: 100 gms

Green chillies: 10 gms

Coriander powder: 3 tbsp

Turmeric powder: 1/4 tbsp

Salt: to taste

Oil: 50 ml

Kasoori methi: 10 gms

Cream: to finish

Butter: to finish



  • Boil and mash greens
  • Keep a kadai on fire and add oil, add chopped onions saute well
  • Add chopped tomatoes. Green chillies and saute for some times.
  • Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and saute well.
  • Once the masala is well cooked, add mashed greens and cook well.
  • Add the potatoes and mix well.
  • Finish it with cream, Kasoori methi and butter.
