How to make Almond Chocolate cake recipes


To prepare cake:

A cup of maida or all purpose flour

1/2 tbsp baking powder

a pinch of baking soda

2 to 3 tbsp cocoa powder

Milk: a cup

Butter: half

Sugar: one cup

Oil: 2 cup

Choco chips: 3 to 4 tbsp

Vanilla essence: one tbsp

 

To prepare Chocolate pudding:

one cup milk

2 to 3 tbsp sugar

vanilla essence: one tbsp

half cup condensed milk(milkmaid)

2 tbsp cornflour

 

To prepare buttercream frosting:

Half whipped cream

Prepared Chocolate pudding

To prepare chocolate glaze:

1 full cream as per your cake size

Chopped almond chocolate full

For Toppings:

Black sugar pearls

Method:

To prepare cake:

Into a bowl add a cup of maida, 1/2 tbsp baking powder, a pinch of baking soda.

Sieve everything.

Mix all the dry ingredients.

Add half butter and one cup of sugar.

Beat it well.

Add milk to it and beat it once again.

Add one cup of oil to it and beat it again.

Gradually add milk and oil at regular intervals and combine it once again.

Beat until you get a creamy texture.

Add a tbsp vanilla essence and give a mix.

Now add choco chips to it and mix. Do not over mix.

Transfer the batter to a greased cake pan.

Tap it twice to avoid air bubbles.

Bake it in a preheated oven for 180 degree celsius for about 40 mins.

If you don’t have a microwave then use a pressure cooker or idli cooker.

For pressure cooker dont use the whistle.

Into a pressure cooker add more salt to it and place wire rack or stand and place cake mould on it and bake it for 50 to 55 mins.

For idli cooker place the wire rack or stand and place the cake mould on it and bake it for about 50 to 55 mins.

Once the cake is done. Immerse with a toothpick and see whether the cake is baked well inside or not.

Allow it to cool down completely and cut into two layers.

Without cooling down completely don’t cut the cake or else your cake will get broken.

To prepare chocolate pudding:

Into a saucepan add a cup of milk, add 2 to 3 tbsp sugar, 2 to 3 tbsp cocoa powder, 2 tbsp corn flour, half condensed milk or milkmaid. Whisk it well.

Heat it until and whisk it continuously until you get a creamy texture.

Chocolate pudding is done.

To prepare buttercream frosting:

Into a bowl add full cream to it

Beat it well until its stiff.

Now add the prepared chocolate pudding mixture to it.

Beat it well.

Buttercream frosting is ready now.

To layer cake with cream:

Cut the cake into two layers.

If you want cut them into three layers.

Coat each layer well with sugar syrup.

Spread it well with butter cream on both layers.

Join each layer to together.

To prepare chocolate glaze:

Into a pan add full cream

Add chopped almond chocolate and stir it well until the chocolate melts well in the cream.

Final preparation of Almond chocolate cake:

Once done pour it over the cake when it’s hot.

Allow the cake to cool it completely at room temperature.

Once it’s done spread the butter cream on top of the layer

Decorate it with black sugar pearls.

Refrigerate it overnight and serve.
