How to prepare soft and tasty chapati
Wheat flour: 1 cup
Oil: 3 to 5 tbsp
Salt: 1 tbsp
Water: Required Level
To prepare Dough
In a bowl add a cup of wheat flour. Add 1 tbsp salt and now into it you add 3 to 5 tbsp of oil.
Mix it well. Then add required water little by little.
Knead it until you get a consistency of dough. Once your dough is ready. Add little oil to your palm and knead once again to make your Dough even more soft.
Allow your prepared dough to rest for 20 to 30 minutes. You can cover your dough with a white cloth.
To prepare chapati:
Take a small portion of the dough and make it into a lemon size ball (size is as per your wish. More you make it medium the more you love to have your chapathis.)
Flatten a little of your lemon size dough ball and dust it in the wheat flour and Flatten on the roti maker board with a rolling pin.
Now your flatten dough ready to make a soft and tasty chapathi.
In heated non stick tawa put the flatten chapathi dough. Leave it for few seconds until you get a bubbles on top of it.
Flip over the other side and get the same bubbles once again Flip over the other side. You must get brown color at the time drizzle some oil or ghee on both sides and cook.
If you dont want then you can cook it by flipping over.
Your soft and tasty chapati is ready. Enjoy it with any side dish.
